Bill Fry The Plumbing Guy

We were having some work done on our house (unrelated to plumbing), and had to turn our water off and on at the main line inside our house, and when turning back on, the line started leaking. I called at 4:45 on a Friday, and Kyle was able to be there within 30 minutes. He was able to get the line fixed and also pointed out a couple other things to my husband that needed fixing. Not the most ideal situation, but Kyle got us fixed up and working again in about an hour. He was very professional and diligent. We will definitely be using Bill and team again! I can’t recommend Bill Fry and his team enough!! Thanks again for everything!!!

Tyler Dearing and Bill Fry are exceptionally knowledgeable. We highly recommend them! We purchased a home in March 2024 and found that all but the kitchen sink and lower level entertaining room faucet fixtures needed to be replaced. Every bathroom has new and working fixtures. The sump pump had no backup battery (we do now). Exterior faucets had faulty freeze-proof faucets (they work now). Bill and Tyler quickly assessed our needs and worked us into their schedule. They are a very responsive team of professionals and the office staff is always pleasant and accommodating. This is a first class company.

Called in and able to quickly schedule an appointment to check out lack of hot water (turns out just needed reset), fix leak in 11 year old shower faucet and another installation item. Tyler D was able to arrive early, quickly analyzed water heater issue and perform all work. 2nd time I have used Fry. Each tech I've work with has been professional, personable and done a very good job. Thanks.
