Bill Fry The Plumbing Guy

We were having some work done on our house (unrelated to plumbing), and had to turn our water off and on at the main line inside our house, and when turning back on, the line started leaking. I called at 4:45 on a Friday, and Kyle was able to be there within 30 minutes. He was able to get the line fixed and also pointed out a couple other things to my husband that needed fixing. Not the most ideal situation, but Kyle got us fixed up and working again in about an hour. He was very professional and diligent. We will definitely be using Bill and team again! I can’t recommend Bill Fry and his team enough!! Thanks again for everything!!!

Tyler Dearing and Bill Fry are exceptionally knowledgeable. We highly recommend them! We purchased a home in March 2024 and found that all but the kitchen sink and lower level entertaining room faucet fixtures needed to be replaced. Every bathroom has new and working fixtures. The sump pump had no backup battery (we do now). Exterior faucets had faulty freeze-proof faucets (they work now). Bill and Tyler quickly assessed our needs and worked us into their schedule. They are a very responsive team of professionals and the office staff is always pleasant and accommodating. This is a first class company.

Called in and able to quickly schedule an appointment to check out lack of hot water (turns out just needed reset), fix leak in 11 year old shower faucet and another installation item. Tyler D was able to arrive early, quickly analyzed water heater issue and perform all work. 2nd time I have used Fry. Each tech I've work with has been professional, personable and done a very good job. Thanks.

Jeremy Cole was very polite and professional. He explained things clearly, but without putting pressure on us to agree to anything we didn’t want. He answered my questions to my satisfaction, and made helpful suggestions. I will not hesitate to call Bill Fry The Plumbing Guy again for my plumbing needs.

Kyle was quick to arrive and evaluate the issue. He provided multiple options for repair and was not pushy during discussing the options. Once a game plan for repair was decided Kyle jumped straight to work and quickly got everything fixed. Great to work with.

Bill Fry's plumbers have installed a hot water heater, sump pump, garbage disposal and yesterday two toilets in my house. I have always been very pleased with the work, the products and the people. Yesterday Kyle did the work and he did excellent job. Bill Fry has quality people.

We had a small leak pop up in our copper pipes. Called Bill Fry around 10:00am, they were able to get us in that afternoon. They were able to show up earlier than promised. Kyle was very friendly and helpful. He replaced the bad section in about 15 minutes and we were good to go. Appreciate how quickly they responded and how quickly they were able to resolve the issue

We had a 13 year old Water heater that began to leak early morning. I contacted Bill Fry. The young lady that answered was so pleasant and understanding of our immediate need for a fix. She scheduled Jeremy, one of their techs, to come out right away to appraise the situation. Jeremy gave us options on repair or replace. He was so accommodating, friendly and very professional. We decided to replace the heater. He removed the old one, installed the new one and left the area clean. He made sure we had no other needs or questions before he left. The work was well done and very reasonable. Although we were a new customer, Bill Fry is now our go to “Plumbing Guy”!
